Ultra Performance

Ultra-high Performance Thermal Pad are key heat dissipation materials for enhancing high-performance computing, combining high heat dissipation capability, soft compressibility, and excellent electrical insulation properties. They fill gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks or metal casings, reducing contact thermal resistance and improving thermal conductivity efficiency. They are typically applied in areas where thermal paste cannot be applied.
