In accordance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, we promote policies related to labor, ethics, health and safety, and environmental protection. Through a cloud-based supply chain collaboration framework, these principles are further extended to suppliers and subcontractors. Prior to onboarding, employees are provided with orientation during which the company clearly affirms its commitment to protecting employee human rights, including adherence to fundamental legal and regulatory requirements.
Labor Policy
The Company prohibits the use of forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary labor.

Conflict-Free Minerals Policy
LiPOLY Technology is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility, respecting human rights, and continuously monitoring issues related to conflict minerals. We support the strategies and practices of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), and the OECD regarding conflict minerals, and we are committed to the following:
We do not procure conflict minerals originating from conflict-affected areas.
We require our suppliers to reject the use of conflict minerals sourced from conflict-affected areas and to provide a written commitment.
Suppliers are required to prohibit the use of conflict minerals in raw materials in order to comply with customer requirements and applicable legal regulations.
