Thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape offers excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, strong adhesion, and low thermal resistance, providing efficient heat dissipation and secure bonding while improving assembly efficiency. It effectively fills microscopic gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks, reducing interfacial thermal resistance and rapidly transferring heat to ensure stable, long-term device operation. The product provides dielectric breakdown resistance of up to 7 kV and thermal conductivity of up to 3.5 W/m·K, ensuring excellent electrical insulation. Its adhesion and bonding strength increase as the operating temperature rises, delivering more reliable fixation. Custom cutting and die-cutting services are also available to accommodate various sizes, shapes, and application requirements. It is widely used in LED lighting, power supplies, consumer electronics, communication equipment, industrial control systems, and thermal management modules.
