Natural Graphite Thermal Sheet/Pad can achieve thermal conductivity of over 400 W/m·K, significantly higher than traditional metal materials such as copper and aluminum. The density is approximately 1.6 g/cm³, which is over 80% lighter than copper. The natural graphite sheet structure enables rapid heat dissipation across broader surfaces, mitigating localized overheating issues. In situations where product volume is constrained or component layouts are complex, it assists engineers in achieving efficient thermal management even under limited design space conditions.
