Immersion Cooling Thermal Interface Materials are a class of thermal materials specifically designed for immersion coolants. They fill the gaps between components and heat-dissipating structures in a liquid-submerged environment, reliably conducting heat. Since the coolant itself has low thermal conductivity, these materials ensure that heat is effectively transferred from the hot spots to the heatsink. They also possess characteristics such as resistance to coolant corrosion, prevention of decomposition or hardening, and excellent electrical insulation, thereby enhancing overall cooling efficiency and system stability.
