Curing Grease

Curing thermal grease is a specialized thermal interface material (TIM) that solidifies after application, forming a strong adhesive bond. Unlike traditional thermal pastes which remain fluid, this characteristic makes it ideal for securing components like LEDs or crystals, especially where screw-based fastening is impractical.

It can be used with thermal grease dispensing services to secure heat-generating components to heat sinks. The cured thermal grease offers extremely low thermal resistance and high reliability, eliminating issues like drying out or overflowing.
