Graphite Composite

Graphite Composite thermal materials refer to the combination of graphite with substrates such as metals, resins, and ceramics. Due to graphite's extremely high thermal conductivity in the planar direction (1500W/m·K and above), it can significantly enhance the thermal conductivity and thermal spreading characteristics of composite materials, while maintaining relatively low density, which is beneficial for weight reduction.
