The AS17-s thermal insulation material is designed to reduce the rate of heat transfer and effectively block heat sources within EV battery systems, minimizing the risk of thermal runaway. It forms a stable thermal barrier inside the battery pack, effectively isolating high-temperature modules from other modules or components, preventing heat from spreading throughout the system.

T-top99-s Extreme Thermal Pad is an ultra-high thermal conductivity pad with a thermal conductivity of 24.0 W/m*K. It features excellent electrical insulation, compressibility, and flexibility characteristics, specifically designed for uneven surface applications, capable of filling micro gaps and reducing contact thermal resistance.

Super Thermal Pad

T-top99-s is an ultra-high thermal conductivity gap pad with a thermal conductivity of 24.0 W/m·K. It offers excellent insulation, compressibility, and softness, designed for uneven surfaces to fill small gaps, ensuring consistent heat transfer with extremely low thermal resistance.

EMI Shielding Pad

TEM96D is a composite pad that features both thermal conductivity and electromagnetic wave absorption capabilities. As a gap-filling material with a thermal conductivity of 5.0 W/m·K, it can absorb electromagnetic radiation to mitigate EMI issues.
