Thermal conductive tape is a double-sided adhesive tape specifically designed for heat dissipation. It combines excellent thermal conductivity with high adhesion, allowing the heatsink to be directly affixed to the heat-generating component. It effectively fills microscopic uneven gaps between the two surfaces, ensuring optimal thermal transfer. Although electronic components and heatsinks are finely polished during manufacturing, minute irregularities remain at the microscopic level.
