將斷熱片安裝在模組之間可以阻擋熱能傳遞,從而防止熱失控的發生。此舉能避免在充電或高速行駛時,單個模組產生的高溫向相鄰模組傳遞,使各模組之間的溫度分佈更均勻。藉由防止熱量疊加,電池可有效降低故障率,提升整體充放電效率。AS27-s 斷熱材料是由多孔結構二氧化矽、氧化鋁等材料複合構成的纖維,0.009 W/m·K 極低的導熱係數。是一種可防止熱失控,極低密度且可耐高溫1300°C,具備卓越的隔熱性能、優異的噪音阻隔及絕緣、緩衝、防火等功能而著稱的先進材料。應用於多種不同的領域,如航空航太、儲能、軍工、新型能源、汽車、消防及軌道交通等行業。
