NEP230は、熱伝導性と接着機能を兼ね備えた非シリコーン系の熱伝導固定接着剤です。常温または高温で硬化でき、優れた固定力を発揮します。熱伝導パッドと比較して、熱伝導接着剤は部品に対する応力が低く、絶縁性能も維持します。低分子シロキサンの揮発がなく、電気接点の不具合を引き起こさないため、光学製品や敏感な電子部品に最適です。
